The interview process for Delta can be rigorous and very competitive. I made it to the second video interview and took two personality tests online, however, the company sent me an email to take another quiz and to look out for it in the next 1-5 business days and the email never came. They lost me in the system and as it is such a large company, never responded to any request from me about how to fix that.
