First you have to do an online assessment. Then you may be invited for a video interview. Finally you are offered a face to face interview if you pass these previous steps.

Question 1
All five questions were variations on the same theme of "What did you do in this difficult situation?"
Long long but if you’re willing to go through the eight month process, it’s definitely worth it stick with it and they consequences are great you just have to be consistent and study.
I was asked to videotape myself answering some interview questions but felt that I was at a disadvantage because I dislike being on film and the questions were too specific to allow for a natural answer so pretty sure I came across stuff and vague.

A series of character questions and how would you respond or how have you responded to things in your previous roles. Overall not challenging at least at the time of my interview.
