several questions on knowledge and personality. then a week later i was prompted to take a video interview consisting of questions . After the video interview , there is no one to contact to get any feedback....6 months later i get a declined email...i have over 15 years of airport experience???!!!
The process was straight forward, first you will get an email that is a survey and this will tell you if you are a good fit for what they are looking for. the 2nd round, is video questions that ask why you want to work for delta and a flight attendant through the videos and assessments you go onto a group interview.
I completed Three rounds of interviews. It was a lengthy but straight forward interview process. Application to third interview was approximately three months. I did not end up accepting the position due to other concerns.
