I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Chisholm, MN) in Jun 2015
Interview
One phone interview, one test, one in person interview. Very comfortable interview process, easily the best interview experience I've had. They did a one on one interview not group, also gave a tour of the facility and all the neat perks of the job. It is a bit cultish however, try not to get sucked into that. Oh and they LOOOOOOVE Ed Bastion so get ready to hear about him like hes the 2nd coming. Over all amazing place to work though!

It was first online through a video interview. Very easy then the second interview is in person. It was very organized and informational. I would definitely recommend my friends to also apply at delta.
