The guy that interviewed me has worked at Delta for 2 years and was from Atlanta he didn't know what he was doing. He straight out lied to me and said I had the job and would get the offer letter in the mail when actually he didn't want to hire me!! I am working with headquarters right now but it does not look good for me!

Interview process was very straightforward. Just be yourself be friendly and show them that you are ready to work. It’s going to be a group interview then you will take an assignment, after that If you pass the assignment your get to do a one on one f2f with a hiring manager.
The whole process to me was pretty straightforward. Definitely do come slightly earlier before your allocated interview time as you may have to wait before going to the first round of interview–i wouldn’t say it is exactly an interview, but a session where you can interview the staff of delta. Once done, you will then proceed for the proper interview with the relevant manager. They will ask a couple of scenario based questions relating the position. Just be yourself to be honest and answer as closely to what you’ve been asked, as possible.

I thought the process was really tedious, and it felt like no one was exactly sure what the end goal was or when it should be completed. It was like they had a goal in mind for the position but were unsure of what that person's skill might have been.
