I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2018
Interview
August 30th 2018-applied online
October 31 2018-1st interview
November 28 2018- 2nd interview
December 12th- face to face
December 30th- TBNT
February 15 2019- CJO VIA EMAIL
September 18- told to reapply and did
September 24- told via email that I was still being considered and didn’t need to reapply
October 18 2019- emailed yet another rejection.
I have waited over a year to get a final NO. Why would they send me a job offer at all?? The first rejection was enough. FYI it’s not like I didn’t pass my drug test or background check because they never did either one. I waited ten months from the CJO to find out that I wasn’t going to training. I’m very disappointed in how they have treated me. I can’t IMAGINE how they expect me or anyone to reapply if this is how they treat applicants. I would never be able to trust another “job offer”. Delta is my dream airline but from this experience they must not treat people with respect. Beyond disappointed and irritated. I’m heartbroken and this heartbreak could have been settled LAST DECEMBER.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
