Interview
It’s been about 2 months so far, I’m currently in the 3/4th step. Filled the application out, got an email for a HireVue interview, passed that, got another email for an assessment (which was kind of hard to be honest) but I passed that, then got another email for a live video interview via HireVue. It’s tomorrow! My advice to DO YOUR RESEARCH
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
