Several weeks after applying, I was sent a hirevue interview with questions that could be rerecorded as many times as I liked with standard behavioral questions. Then, I was asked to schedule a live video chat interview with a representative. There were several behavioral questions. Then, the interview was handed to an engineer who was difficult to understand and did not articulate questions well. All questions were about various features of Java, some easy others more niche. Asking questions about little things that could be easily searched up does not feel like a strong way to judge applicants.
