Applied online, received an email with a link to HireVue. The interview contained 4 general questions and additional questions in my native language. The whole thing was stressful however the more I progressed with the interview the better and more confident I felt. You can record your answers up to 5 times before submitting your response.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
