      Flight Attendant Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines

      Interview

I applied with an employee referral link on Oct. 2nd, completed the assessment the very next day. On Oct. 14th while at work I was contacted by HR--a voicemail from 00 was left instructing me to contact them back at their number between the hours of 730am-11pm. Well I was so excited I called them back after dinner with a quick cram session of interview questions. I would say that it lasted about 25-30 minutes with about 10-12 different questions including information about my passport which I did have handy. Fingers are still crossed in hopes that I make it to the next step but I can tell that it can be long and drawn out--if it works out great & if not then I can keep trying.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

1-baby crying on plane & how to handle it 2-baby sleeping on floor & how to handle it 3-intoxicated passenger on board & how to handle it 4-delayed flight, out of their food option is sold out & how to handle it I was then asked to hold, when she returned she asked me if I had time for more questions. 1-give an example of a stressful situation at work 2-give an example of a time when you had to sway the point of view of others 3-tell her about a time when I discovered coworkers being dishonest & how did I handle it. In addition to these questions I was asked if I would relocate; serve alcohol; have valid pass port.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
