I applied online and 3 months later, I was called by a representative and underwent a phone interview. They asked me what I would do if an intoxicated person was asking for another drink, if a toddler was running up the isle when the fasten seatbelts signs were on, etc.

The question about being intoxicated on the plane. I wasn't sure if I should deny the passenger a drink. Turns out I should, since it's for everyone's safety.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
