I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The process entailed application submission, phone call consisting of two part interview, face to face interview which entail group interaction and the main course individual interview with @ least two interviewees.

Question 1
The most difficult part in my opinion is the individual interview where you're asked about six random questions, one I believe entailed, name a time when you had to work with someone difficult, how did you handle that.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
