I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2014
Interview
My first face to face interview was very exciting. All things read on the blog prior to my interview, I had put aside to see my own experience. Not everything you hear or read will be exact to what you will experience.

Question 1
Most difficult question for me-what have you done when you are bored in any of your jobs? I was asked this question 3 different times at my face to face interview. I was consistent with my answer each time. I am not sure what they actually were looking for as far as an answer, but I am not the sit around kind of person.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
