I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
My experience was exactly as described before. 2 phone interviews, a video interview and a face to face. The process was very exciting and very professional by Delta. I enjoyed the whole process but was disappointed to leave without an offer. There were a lot of very talented people there and they offered about 20 people a position

Question 1
A time that you were bored at work, what did you do and what was the result
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
