kind of overwhelming. but you have to show confidence, sell what they ask you to sell! they asked me to sell the upgraded seats for a flight to europe. be confident!!!

after being not selected for this position several times. I call the 888 number and on a Thursday and was told I received a call from a recruiter in 24 to 48 hours.received a call from HR recruiter ask 3 questions about previous employer and then told me I passed on to the second phase where my responses would be forwarded to a manager. If selected would give me a call or send an email. A manager call later on that day and asked if I could come to interview the next day

most of the questions were just customer service /sales related. you know the usual how would you explain the situation to an upset customer how would you follow procedure and listen at the same time things of that nature however I was told to sell her and item out of her office
