After applied directly on Delta's Career site, I received an interview request directly from a hiring manager with one day notice - it lasted two hours. After that I got another interview request from the same person - lasted one hour. In our last converaion, he claimed that they normally hire an internal candidate for such openings. He then just ghosted. Please value everyone's time and effort on interview process. IF there was an internal candidate already assigned for the postion and just hire that person without having interviews with other people.

Very efficient and well organized. Good communication from the company with clear guidelines about the process. Recruiting team is very professional and seems to run a good operation for candidates.
