I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Apr 2014
Interview
I submitted my application online. Approximately 3 months later, I received a phone call in which I was asked for my passport information and then some interview questions. I was told I would be contacted. It took about 3 more months to get called to attend an interview in Atlanta.
Be sure to arrive early. You have to check in and get a name tag and this can take some time.
You arrive in a room where you are allowed to mingle with the others. They then take you to another building where the Flight Attendants are lined around the room. You have the opportunity to meet them. They do a little dance and get you pumped up. You are split into 3 groups. One is a fireside chat where they talk to you about the position and there's plenty of opportunity to ask questions. You are also checked for reach at this time.
The 2nd group is in another room where you introduce yourself in front of the group.
The 3rd group is getting the one on one interviews. This is a great format, as everyone gets to do a Face to Face interview. It's fair and equal treatment of each applicant. It's just up to you to make an impression.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a time when you had a conflict with a Co-Worker?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
