I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in May 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of several stages. First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then I had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a dataset and a set of tasks where I needed to perform data preparation, exploratory analysis, and build a prediction model; I uploaded my completed work for review.
Next, I participated in a 4-hour panel interview with a team of 4–5 people, during which I walked them through my entire workflow and answered technical follow-up questions. I believe there was also one final step after that, completing the overall process.
