about a month long process. started with a phone screening from HR and then interviewed with a panel. The interview itself was nice. it was more so just conversation getting to know my background and experience. I was however disappointed with the lack of follow through. I basically had to stalk them to find out i didnt get the position. I suspect they had an internal candidate already lined up. Ive heard Delta does tend to interview others just as a waste of time.
Two rounds after you talk to HR. One panel interview on the phone and another on site with general managers. Lots of problem solving and situational questions to see how you react to situations.

Consisted of three rounds - recruiter screening, virtual and on site at their HQ. Was a bit slow from initial application to getting the first call but went quickly post that.

Normal. It is a typical interview and including the site tour. You will be able to fly to the headquarters for the interview. And you will be interviewed by the supervisor.
