Interview was super easy! Went by smooth. Just be yourself & answer truthfully. They will also tell you that they want you to answer in STAR format as well. I applied at the beginning of August 2021 & was contacted via email at the middle of August as well for a interview. Honestly, the questions were super simple to me. & it was only about 4/5 questions. First they take you into a room to do a overview of Delta, the job, and its duties. After that they pull you in one by one for a F2F interview. They’ll let you know right there and then if you got the job or not. If you passed, you move on to the next test. Next, they had us do a PAT test… again, do not sweat it because that was super easy as well. All you have to do is add weight into a suitcase and life/pivot with it. They’ll ask you to add as much weights as your comfortable with. (I added all of them because I wasn’t sure what they required LOL) it was most likely like 50/60 pounds all together. Thats it for that test! Lastly, i took my drug test the same day as well! Good luck to all of you who are interviewing soon! Entretien suite à ma candidature au bout d'une semaine. Entretien téléphonique suivie d'un entretien sur place avec des managers en français et en anglais. C'était très intéressant et enrichissant. Des recruteurs très sympa et à l'écoute. Qui te mettent à l'aise même si l'entretien est très poussée et technique.
