The entire interview/hiring process was about 3.5 hours. The actual interview took about 20 minutes. Once you passed the interview, you went on to the next steps—accepting a conditional job offer, fingerprinting, scheduling for a badge, blood pressure check and health history paperwork before the physical ability test, drug screening (urine sample), then filling out more paperwork. The physical ability test was easy. You watched a physical therapist demonstrate the task and you repeated it(lift a crate off the floor and placing it back correctly. Adding weights each time until you reached the max amount that was required or until you couldn’t lift anymore).

Easy, straightforward, positive. Long process, so prepare to be there for a few hours. Bring a snack or eat breakfast before you come. Was nervous when I got there but my interviewer made me feel comfortable.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was okay. I seemed more like a number than an individual that they wanted to have work for their company. They were trying to hire as many people as possible. Interview was kind of weird with having 15 people in the same room in the beginning. They had it individual for the question part of it. Expect to get a job offer on the spot if you pass. Was taken back when I asked for time to think on it. Was told that I needed to decide then.
