I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
I applied online on 11/12/14. I had been ready all of the comments on different blog sites to get a feel for what to expect. When I looked at my application process, it said that I need to complete the assessment (which I had already done on the 12th). However, just to be on the safe side I clicked on the link and it gave me the online application to fill out. It kind of confused me, but as I started filling it out I realized that this application form was never presented to me on the 12th. Well, what do you know? I received an email for moving to the next step---the video interview to complete in 3 days. So, I suppose this is a good sign. I'm just hoping my tongue doesn't get all twisted and I'm just babbling away, not even understanding what I'm saying. We'll see how it goes. Thanks to everyone for your posts. Very helpful to me!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have not proceeded with the online video assessment yet.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
I just received my invitation to do the virtual interview. This will be my first virtual interview. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any questions that I should be ready for?

Question 1
I have not done my interview yet. Just preparing for it and it made me create a question to be able to see what others are posting.
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
