Interview began on time and began with an introduction of the job responsibilities to all present applicants. Basically, they wanted to make sure everyone knew what they were getting into and giving you the option to back out if you weren't sure about the job. Applicants were advised that interview questions would be in STAR format. Applicants were interviewed one-by-one. Questions were fairly easy. Just have a handful of varied examples ready to go from your previous job experiences and it'll go great! Each interview is limited to 20 minutes. They asked only 3 questions (10 minutes total for that part of the interview) and the rest of the time was to ask any questions you might have about the job. I received a conditional job offer(CJO) and accepted. I then proceeded to fill out various paperwork. It's a good idea to have dates of employment and dates of residence going back five years to speed up the process of filling out the forms. I then provided a urine sample for the drug test, had my blood pressure and pulse rate taken, and performed the Physical Ability Test (PAT) which was basically just lifting a wooden box with weights up to 50 lbs using proper body mechanics. Everyone was super friendly and courteous. I felt welcomed and valued with almost everyone there congratulating me on receiving a job offer. And they were also super-helpful and non-threatening with filling out the forms. Nothing to be afraid of! Just be upbeat and courteous.
