I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
I submitted my application early November, and shortly received an email to complete a video interview. During the interview, 5 questions were asked. It was a very simple process. Less than a week later, I received a 'one step closer' email. This email stated that I would receive a phone call from Delta with in the next 7-10 days. I got the call the next morning. The recruiter on the phone was very sweet. She asked why I would make a good fight attendant, and then proceeded to ask me about my passport and uniform compliance information. We laughed a lot during the conversation, and afterwards I was invited to attend a face to face interview in Atlanta. She wished me luck and told me I would receive an email shortly to set up a date and time. I received the email 2 days later, and my f2f is December 5 at 12:30pm. Overall the process has been very quick and simple!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond at work.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
I just received my invitation to do the virtual interview. This will be my first virtual interview. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or any questions that I should be ready for?

I have not done my interview yet. Just preparing for it and it made me create a question to be able to see what others are posting.
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
