Hi! So just like everyone's experience with the video interview, mine is similar. I applied 9/18/14 & finally received an interview email for the video version on 12/5/14. I applied as bilingual, so I was given two emails, two days apart. The first asked 5 questions that you will find listed on here. Which is great! Thanks to those who posted their questions, I was able to prepare myself comfortably. Unfortunately, no one posted anything about the Spanish video interview and I went in really surprised. It's much shorter than the standard, English one. You have about 30 seconds to give your answer with only 15 seconds to prep for it. My interview had two questions that required you to read out loud in spanish. One was just a statement & the other was in English & had to be translated in spanish. I'm still waiting on my interview phone call. Crossing fingers that I get one!! The three other questions are situational in the Spanish video interview. Pretty simple questions... It's just the timing that throws you off. If English is your first language. Good luck!!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I have not done my interview yet. Just preparing for it and it made me create a question to be able to see what others are posting.
