Interview
I applied online and weeks later was invited to a job fair. At the job fair, all the people that were in my group were also invited so it was daunting competing with other candidates live. After a 30-45 min slide show about the company, your are interviewed one-on-one with a representative that was at the orientation. Delta uses the STAR method for interviews.
In the beginning it was okay they did a presentation etc but then after we had to go with a separate interviewer mine was very cold the lady who dresses like she’s going to a circle she didn’t even let me the change to show my personality and quickly jumped into the question.
The process was straight forward, first you will get an email that is a survey and this will tell you if you are a good fit for what they are looking for. the 2nd round, is video questions that ask why you want to work for delta and a flight attendant through the videos and assessments you go onto a group interview.
I completed Three rounds of interviews. It was a lengthy but straight forward interview process. Application to third interview was approximately three months. I did not end up accepting the position due to other concerns.
