I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Where do I even start. I interviewed this month and was flown down to Atlanta for the flight attendant interview. Totally average questions, everyone was very friendly, but it comes across as fake. Be prepared for a popularity contest and feeling judged on everything you do. They shove being yourself and letting your “personality shine” but don’t even think you’re going to be accepted if you have a tattoo or don’t schmooze enough. Honestly a waste of my time, and as a loyal delta customer myself I’m really disappointed. When you don’t make it be prepared to have the walk of shame in front of everyone else and the staff as they tell you “good luck” and shove you in a van with the other not good enough candidates and ship you off to the airport as fast as possible. Gross.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions about why you want to be a flight attendant, no “why Delta,” etc.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
