you have two engineers interview, the process is similar to other interviews, and then at the end, they ask a couple of technical questions from a pool. The question they asked me was about seat pitch and what you would do to add in another row of seats without adjusting certain aspects of the seats

You are asked to add an additional row of business class seats to an aircraft, you can't adjust seat pitch or aisle width, you also can not remove seats from any other class of seat what would you change to add this row
A little intimidating they were not receptive. Had two people there in person, one engineer and the other HR, Was held at a career fair. They had a checklist. Mostly behavioral.

Applied online and then got an email from the manager asking if i had any time and it was a simple teams interview that lasted about 1 hour and then received the offer the week after.

The whole process was pretty fast. The interview itself was 30/40 min and most of the questions were related to my personality to check I fit with the company culture. They also asked me some questions related to previous projects and one technical question.
