This review is for the face to face interview. The interview was okay. It was a little awkward. When you there, you are in a little waiting room with the other candidates then an older flight attendant greets everyone and ask if anyone has any questions. Then a couple other people from the hiring team come out and everyone is just kind of awkwardly standing there. It just didn’t flow well. Then you are taken up to put your luggage away and than once again more flight attendants just awkwardly standing there. You are suppose to mingle and ask any questions you have. A few moments later you do an introduction then split off to do either your face to face or the grip up interview. The face to face was weird. You are like in a box room with you and the interviewer and he just reads a bunch of random info about the job details and he told me about his personal experience. He talked more about random stuff then the actual interview questions. Than he finally asked the interview questions, which to me where to same question. After that you’re suppose to mingle again and ask questions but I literally was running out of questions to ask bc I already asked my questions previously. So you just kinda awkwardly stand there and look like you’re contributing to a conversation. After that we did our group interview where you a with 3 others and you have to put in order situational incidents. They are like little magnets that you stick to a white board while a flight attendant and HR person watch you. After that we did the sit and reach, then finally, the last video. You are than called into groups and tell you that you’ll be receiving an email with 7-10 business days. That was it!

Question 1
Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult co co worker?
I’m not too savvy with video interviews but it was very seamless, user-friendly, and easy to follow. M The questions were definitely challenging, but do your research! If you know flight attendants, ask them for advice!

Tell me of a time you had to deal with a difficult customer
(Tip -remember your work ethic and history)
and why you want to become a Delta Flight Attendant.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
