Interview
A.) You arrive and get a name badge by security.
B.) You proceed to a building for interviews.
C.) They come introduce themselves
D.) They pass out water and cookies
E.) They check you in and make you turn your ID on the other side.
F.) They Break you up into A&B
G.) You walk over to another room
H.) You watch a Delta video
I.)They split you into your group. A’s go to F2F and B’s go do group activities. (It probably changes by time slot you pick)
J.) Depending on what letter you have a recruiter will take you immediately to a F2F or Group challenges
K.) You come out to mingle.
L.) You swap B’s do the opposite A’s do the opposite.
M.) You come back together and watch a video then they release ALL of you accept maybe 1 or They rush you off on a bus. BOOM! You didn’t get the job.
Men: BLACK SUIT ONLY BLACK SHOES solid tie nothing extra. Hair pulled back no color. Well trimmed beard. No make up less is more don’t be extra!
Ladies: Hair pulled back at all times. Pants suit or Black dress. Nude or medium red lip. LOW heals nice makeup for an interview NOT the club. Less is more.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
