They require the applicant to take 2 assessments, if you pass those you are send an email to take a video interview with your phone or laptop. Unfortunately, when I got to that step the position I was interested in was closed.

Are you able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Long long but if you’re willing to go through the eight month process, it’s definitely worth it stick with it and they consequences are great you just have to be consistent and study.
I was asked to videotape myself answering some interview questions but felt that I was at a disadvantage because I dislike being on film and the questions were too specific to allow for a natural answer so pretty sure I came across stuff and vague.
