Interview
I applied online. Completed the online assessment. Took them about a two weeks to get back to me. When they did, I was offered the phone interview which I had three days the complete or else they remove you from their list. I prepared by looking at the reviews on glassdoor. Wrote my questions down and my answers because they were pretty much the same as the ones on here. I also wrote down some extra ones just to be safe. I did the interview on the second day. Please do the practice questions before you start. It kinda helps to calm your nerves a little. I was asked the questions by the video prompter and recorded my responses. I was still nervous but answered as best as I could. You get a little time in between each question and answer to relax before you answer the next one. I am now waiting for a reply from them but again it has been more Han a week. I'm really hoping for a face to face soon. For all your answer to the questions they want u to answer in STAR format meaning situation task action and result.
