Interview
2 stage interview post chat with Recruitment. 1st stage with immediate line manager. 2nd stage with Manager above that (2 levels above). Both interviews were with only 1 person, not 2, which was poor. No competency-based questions. Very haphazard. Both Interviewers talked more about themselves than asked questions. Unstructured, undemanding; subjective; not-evidence based at all.
