Interview
There is a phone interview first. If you pass it successfully you are invited to the personal one with the department management. The interview is quite friendly and pretty straightforward.
Very through interview questions were reasonable and not too tough to answer manager was knowledgeable and gave exact job duties as related to job listings I felt great leaving interview and was offered position

Normal interview process and performance based questions. Just be yourself and try to show them any examples you can think of, it doesn't have to be in a hotel setting. Anything can be transferable skills.

Interview
2 rounds of interviews. First with the front desk manager and the second with the Human Resources manager and the director of operations. Spent about 30mins with the front desk manager and about the same in second interview.
