Corporate finds from Indeed and then they call you in for an interview. The interview to hire process is about two weeks. The process is easy going but the people are extremely annoying
I had an overall smooth interview process! I met with 2 managers on the same day and got an offer within a week. The person who gave me my offer I didn't speak to at all during the interview process so that was a bit confusing as to who she was but other than that, smooth process.

Started with a phone interview. Then there was an in person interview with multiple people one after the other. The each asked a lot of questions. Then if interested there was a second interview where they wanted to see you skills.
