Deltek Business Operations Manager interview questions

The Interview with potential colleagues and supervisor was fine and professional. The issue was HR not knowing how to communicate. It's to be expected that every interview won't necessarily end with an offer. However it is lazy to just stop communicating with the candidate. Here's a thought- just inform someone they didn't get the position when they reach out as instructed- ya know instead of ignoring altogether. Left a bad taste of the company's culture if that's how HR typically operates.
