i applied online and received a call about 4 weeks later from the main headquarters if i was till interested and so i was scheduled for an interview two weeks later.

Question 1
Nothing technical really. Only asked about my experience with autocad and basically why i chose to apply for this position and company.
Easy and Fast process, very kind and capable, and the most important, no descrimintion for handicaped people or foreigners. They reaches you first the RH and have a quick interview on the phone, then a technical interview with the team

Interview
After talking with them at the college career fair, they reviewed my resume and scheduled an interview at the office. Typically there are four different people that interview the candidate: HR, Engineering Manager, Experienced Engineer, and Entry Level Engineer. Each session is about 20 minutes long. They call at some point after that, as soon as the next day sometimes, to let you know that you have the job.
