Interview
There was an online application, phone interview, demonstration lesson that was followed by feedback, a follow up interview, reference and background check, and finally an offer. The process was very rigorous and detailed. I was able to ask clarifying questions throughout the process and it offered some great insight into the school's mission and vision.

Describe for me a difficult situation you had with a student/family and how did you overcome it?
Interview: why do you want to work there? What's your experience like as a teacher? What can you bring to the team? Teaching sample with current curriculum. It is as you would expect a teacher interview to be.
The Interview process was very detailed and thorough. Started with a one way video interview with a series of questions. The next step was a follow-up call with HR, and then a demo lesson with full interview during the school day.

Met with prinicple and other teachers - they asked about my qualifications, including how many hours I was away from my MSeD. They were friendly, but it was a very quick interview process.
