I applied May 19, 2018 and was emailed for digital interview on June 13th. Then, I did a phone interview on June 15th. On June 22nd, received an email stating that my application was not moving forward. Both the interviews had about the same questions which didn't make sense to me. Overall, not any hard questions. The interviewer was polite. I'm glad they got back to me about the status of my aapplication.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Democracy Prep Public Schools (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted about 2-3 weeks later. It was a standard interview where they asked about my work experience, basic HR questions etc. After the phone interview, the HR person I was corresponding with, emailed me a research task that had to be completed within 48 hours. For this task, I had to pretend they were opening a charter school in another state and answer a few questions in a memo format. The task had an average difficulty rating. Once the task was submitted, I was contacted about 2 weeks later to come in for an in-person interview. I respectfully declined their offer because the normal working hours of this school for all employees is 50 hours per week (7:15 am to 5:15 pm) and that was not convenient for me and my commute. Overall, the interview was positive.
