Interviewed starting August. 3 interviews total. 1st was recruiter phone interview. 2nd interview was with Controllers and CFO. 3rd interview was with Finance Consultant. Went through all 3 interviews succesfully. Interviews were difficult, at least an hour each. I received an email from recruiting saying they will get back to me after the following week. Nothing. I followed up via email, no response. After 3 weeks I followed up again, no response. Very negative experience. Wasting time. Just let applicants know that they did not get the job, don’t just ghost them. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Even if I eventually get offered, I might decline just for the interview experience and knowing how they treat applicants, I wonder how they treat their own employees.
