I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Democracy Prep Public Schools (New York, NY)
Interview
I sent the HR dept. a copy of my resume and cover letter. It took a couple of days, and I received an email in response and was asked to click on the link and complete the online interview. About a week later I was then contacted by recruiter and we set up a phone interview. This went well. The recruiter was very nice, made me feel at ease and we were even able to have a laugh on the phone. After the phone interview I was told I would hear within one week. It took 3weeks for me to hear a response. I was invited for a demo lesson. I went to DPCS and did my demo lesson. After this I had a sit down interview with the AP. I am now waiting to hear back from them. Fingers crossed!

The Interview process was very detailed and thorough. Started with a one way video interview with a series of questions. The next step was a follow-up call with HR, and then a demo lesson with full interview during the school day.
