The process has multiple steps. First I did a phone screen with the recruiter. After that I had to submit 2 performance tasks and complete what they called a virtual immersion interview with 2 separate sessions. The final step was an in person panel interview where I observed classrooms, went over feedback, and did some role play scenarios.

A very detailed process involving many stakeholders but purposeful. It involved a half morning interview process between network and school leaders. Performance tasks were involved and a chance to review one's own educational philosophy and describe how you are as a leader and a person.
