It wasn't bad. There were different stages. it started with a video interview. It was not a live face to face video interview but a recording. It was an online interview platform that recorded me answering various questions they give you. It was for the recruiter to look at later. Then I moved on to the phone interview with the actual recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly, informative, and even let me know the salary range upfront, right after the phone interview. Then I made it to the actual demo lesson. It was a great experience. The principal took me through the school, and gave me very helpful feedback on my sample lesson. I just had to wait a while for a response, but this was obviously because they were interviewing many different candidates.
