I went through the screening process. My recruiter was late. The questions were extremely specific case-study questions to the role in a screening call with 10 minutes and left no time for questions which felt very one sided. She said I was a great fit and would be sending me an NDA to move to the next round. This was all over a virtual call. The next day I received a decline email thanking me for my time coming into the office and meeting with the team?! Talk about impersonal! I think I dodged a bullet to be honest.
