Interview
The general manager ask you things like:
- Why do you want to work here?
- What are your goals?
-What do you expect from them?
-What can you offer to the company?
The interview takes place on the restaurant. Then you go to the main office and answer a phone interview to check your abilities and how do you react to certain things and situations.
Terrible. Conditions were disgusting. The process was easy though. They asked a lot of easy questions and previous experience. They dont really ask too much and for the place i applied for, they were desperate so they did not care as much. The systems were also really outdated
