You have to submit a resume. Go through a two interveiw process. Take an online or over the phone questionaire. Then they have to run a background check on you, verify references and require you to take a drug test. If the test comes back good you are offered a job. The process is very easy if you are a restaurant person because the people giving the interveiws are looking for those pat answers that make you seem as if you are the best thing since white bread
