It was a quick interview over coffee and lasted maybe 15 minutes before I started filling out paperwork, and then they told me to come in tomorrow for the shift, and I had no training except for a quarter shift with an employee who had been there for far too long.

They just went over the basics for an easily filled position. Mostly just went over paperwork, not too much of an interview.
Terrible. Conditions were disgusting. The process was easy though. They asked a lot of easy questions and previous experience. They dont really ask too much and for the place i applied for, they were desperate so they did not care as much. The systems were also really outdated

When I went to my interview this morning, I was actually nervous, but when I walked in and talked to the manager I was actually shocked with the fact that you have to have a food handlers license just to was dishes.
