Interview
I applied a week or two before getting a call. No interview on the phone, scheduled an interview for a few days after the call. Interview was really informal. Just looked at resume and asked questions about that. No specific questions. Saw that I was qualified, got offered the job on the spot and given hours for the rest of the week.
Not the best interview. Started off in Spanish, which is fine, but I don't speak Spanish. It was informal, a bit uncomfortable. I expected a different line of questioning and was disappointed.
Fairly easy interview process. The questions weren’t too hard and just wanted you to tell about providing and receiving great customer service. If they like you you can be hired on the spot

Brief chat with manager about past experience and work hours preferred. Did not want to work too late in the evening and was accommodated.
Generally was a very relaxed and friendly interview.
