Filled out application in store and was hired same day. I was referred by a current employee and that was what made the difference. I met with the GM and discussed position and asked if I thought I could complete the job duties,
Was told they were also looking for hostess and hired me for that position instead. I later learned from the GM himself, that I was not initially hired as Sever Assistant because I am female.
