Interview
They called me and got an interview right away. I got hired right away. I quickly learned that being a hostess is their fastest turnover due to lack of hours you receive and pay. It's great position for high school students.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They're not many specific questions, my interview went along the line of conversations about myself and how I will fit with the team.
Not the best interview. Started off in Spanish, which is fine, but I don't speak Spanish. It was informal, a bit uncomfortable. I expected a different line of questioning and was disappointed.
Fairly easy interview process. The questions weren’t too hard and just wanted you to tell about providing and receiving great customer service. If they like you you can be hired on the spot

Brief chat with manager about past experience and work hours preferred. Did not want to work too late in the evening and was accommodated.
Generally was a very relaxed and friendly interview.
